This auction will be shipping ONLY (orders $5k or less) to anywhere in the US or military outposts. All items sent is USPS flat rate boxes with insurance at winning bidder's expense. If you have an order for more than $5k you can pickup Friday Sep 29th 8am til 2pm in New Durham NH after making an appt by phone call (833-sell4me). SHIPPING -All items will be shipped via USPS priority flat rate mail to the address you have on file with Auctioninja at winning bidder's expense. We will combine as many items as we can into smallest box/es possible to save on costs, but all items must be insured. We cannot hold or store your items. If you have an order over $5k we will allow pickup by appt (you must CALL us to schedule a time) from 8am til 2pm Friday Sep 29th in New Durham NH. All items are shipped with insurance in case an item is damaged from shipping or lost. No refunds will be issued. Do not bid unless you have done your research, looked at all pictures, and are aware of the terms for shipping, etc.

Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctionninja is correct to prevent payment issues or delays. Items not able to be charged for shipping will be forfeit without refund after 7 days from the auction close.

Please make sure that your shipping address is current with Auctionninja! We can only ship to the address you have on file with them. This is required by the payment company to prevent fraud and makes sure someone can't steal your card and buy something on the site, then have it shipped to their address. If you need to change it after the fact you will need to sign a form as well as provide positive government issued ID to have your item mailed.

All items for sale are described based on the opinion of the auction manager, information available from the consignor, as well as a jeweler for stone verification, etc. All stones tested with professional gem tester. Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins and items and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to return items once picked up or shipped. no refunds can be issued and all items requested to be shipped will be done so with insurance .
