This is an online only auction with pickup in Scarborough, Maine. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids once placed, cannot be changed or cancelled.

Before bidding look at ALL the pictures of each item. Furniture, paintings, etc., are shown with measuring tape in pictures to show dimensions. Auctioninja used to show how many photos an item has total under the main photo, but now displays only the first 4 unless you click on them and scroll through manually. LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES! If you click the picture and click the right side or scroll right along the small pictures below the main item photo, all the others will show up. A newer laptop or PC will show you the best picture quality when looking at items.
This auction is pickup only in Scarborough, Maine on Saturday Feb 22nd from 10am-6pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES and we cannot store or ship items. We do not drop items off, or deal with 3rd party shippers, you, or someone you send, must PICKUP at the location that will be emailed to winning bidders(and displayed on your final invoice) during the published times. The pickup address will be sent to winning bidders in an email. Check your spam folder if you have not bid with Auctionninja before.
Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctioninja is valid and can be charged for your order.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup for you provided they have a copy of your invoice and the last 4 digits of the card used in the transaction, and you let us know ahead of time via email. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order. You will need at least a valid ID as we will need to verify that the correct customer is picking up the order to prevent fraud.
All items are sold as is, as shown, and all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, descriptions are the product of the cosignor's information, opinion of auctioneer based on experience and research, and in some cases original purchase receipts. Please look carefully at photos, do any research you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing all pictures of the item) before bidding.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close (usually after midnight). Please be sure to have a valid card on file. Any auction, online or in person, is a contractual agreement and items won and not paid for will result in cancellation of your bidding privileges on all Auctioninja and related sites. Your account will be sent to collections and attached to your credit report as well.
We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
18% buyer's premium will apply as well as Maine sales tax as applicable by law. Customers with resale certificates MUST submit them BEFORE the auction closes and your card is charged. We will not issue refunds for sales tax if you do not file your exemption certificate in time. You can do it right through your Auctionninja account or email the certificate directly to us at dennis@cashformystuff.net if you have trouble doing it yourself.
