This is an online bidding only pickup only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
All descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer based on research and experience. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing ALL pictures of the item) before bidding.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Bids once placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
All items will have multiple pictures. Please look at ALL pictures and read ALL terms before bidding.
This is a PICKUP ONLY auction in Spencer, MA (address sent to winning bidders) which will take place Sunday December 17th from 12pm til 7pm or Monday December 18th from 8am until 2pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER P|ICKUP TIMES .Most companies offer 1 day and we are already offering 2 days with flexible hours. An appointment link will be sent in winner's email to allow for a smooth pickup process as we have space for about 10 vehicles only at a time. If you show up without an appointment or during a different appointment window, you may not have a place to park. Any items not picked up by Monday Dec 18th at 2pm will be considered forfeit without refund.
Bring help to remove and or disassemble heavy items and bring a vehicle that will fit your items. We have limited parking and cant have someone spending 3 hours to load 5 items

Please make sure that you bring your invoice to the pickup or have it saved on your phone. You must show an invoice to pickup. Anyone can pickup for you as long as we are notified via email and they have a copy of the invoice printed or electronic.
Buyer's Premium 15% ----plus applicable sales tax. Please upload any no tax certificates BEFORE the auction closes as we cannot process after the fact.

All items for sale are described based on the opinion of the auction manager, information available from the consignor, as well as experts in their respective fields if needed. Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins and items and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to return items once picked up. no refunds can be issued!
