This is an online bidding only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Bidding will not stop like ebay at a certain time, it will keep going until nobody bids anymore like a live auction. Each new bidder adds 4 more minutes but there is sometimes a lag, so don't wait until the last second to bid your limit amount ( We have lost a bunch of good buys this way)
All descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer based on research and experience as well as consignor information and input from specialty experts where required. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing ALL pictures of the item) before bidding. All coins and currency are authentic.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Bids once placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

This is a pickup only auction in Alton NH on November 16th Saturday from 9am til 5pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES and we cannot store your items . An appointment link will be sent in winner's email to allow for a smooth pickup process as we have space for a few vehicles at a time. You do not need an appointment, but it makes things go faster and with less waiting.
Unlike other estate companies, we will have staff on site to help get items from the house to make your loading and transporting easier. Bring any packing materials or blankets, straps, etc you may need. Certain items will have a disposal fee if not picked up and will ne noted in this description. Please make sure you are clear on the terms before bidding and call us if you have qiestions.
Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctionninja is correct to prevent payment issues or delays.

Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins an item and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to secure refunds through other means.
