This is an online bidding only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Bidding will not stop like ebay at a certain time, it will keep going until nobody bids anymore like a live auction. Each new bidder adds 4 more minutes but there is often times a lag, so don't wait until the last second to bid your limit amount ( We have lost a bunch of good buys this way). Sometimes your screen doesn't refresh, etc. so bid early don't wait til the last second.
All descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer based on research and experience as well as consignor information and input from specialty experts where required. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing ALL pictures of the item) before bidding. All coins and currency are authentic. All gold is either marked or chemical tested to ensure correct purity. Weight of gold is shown in pictures, and all stones are tested with a gem tester. Gold weight shown in pennyweight (20 pennyweight in 1 troy ounce).
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Bids once placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
All items will have multiple pictures. Please look at ALL pictures and read ALL terms before bidding.
If you need shipping, be sure before bidding that your item qualifies. Generally, large, bulky, and very fragile items do not qualify. Shipping costs $5 handling PLUS the cost of postage and insurance.
Pickup is in Alton NH (address sent to winning bidders) which will take place Sunday December 8th from 12pm til 5pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES . An appointment link will be sent in winner's email to allow for a smooth pickup process as we have space for a few vehicles at a time. You do not need an appointment, but it makes things go faster.
Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctionninja is correct to prevent payment issues or delays. Items over $500 will require signature and we may need to reach out to confirm shipping details, or to verify an order.
Buyer's Premium 15%
Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins and items and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to return items once picked up. In the event of shipping damage, we will work with you to claim the postal insurance for reimbursement, but must be notified in writing, with accompanying photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery for any shipping issues.
