PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do its best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition, or without damage. You are purchasing antique or used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. Winning bidders will get a link to schedule pickup time or you can email us your address to request shipping.
SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and bags. We will have some packing material for you if you need it. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE MANAGER.

SHIPPING: Designated items over $250 hammer price or lots over $250 total can be shipped via USPS Priority mail in the USA ONLY for an additional fee. Each item that qualifies for shipping will have a fee in description. Please only arrive at your scheduled time slot
