This seller did'nt have the product I purchased when we met for pickup, he assured me he would "make it up" after realizing this was not the case he offered me a refund, I agreed, and he never issued a refund.
The product (knives) were not as they were advertised and the boxes smell like mildew.
At least four of the pocket knives I bought are broken or have rust.
One pocket knife I never got.
I've been buying at auctions for 20years
If your looking at a Stephen Cyr Auction be very careful.

It's hard for me to rate this item as the seller never shipped it, and refused to communicate with me after the sale. Stephen P Cyr is a thief and I wouldn't do business with him again.

Mr Hill we have had telephone communication as well as 28 texts which included a copy of shipping reciept and tracking number.The Post office has provided me the date and time your purchase was delivered to you .If I am correct in your intentions It would constitue mail fraud which is a federal offense.The fact you are in Colorado will not prevent me from taking action in this matter

Items were paid for and I still have not received ups shipping info. Seller was contacted prior to my bidding about shipping, assured he'd pack and drop at UPS store and send me their phone number. After purchase I contacted seller twice by phone and by email. He promises to drop M,T,Th,F. Never does. Now does not respond because I criticized his customer service. Will now report to BBB and Auction Ninja.

The auction stated that alternate pickup at a warehouse with appointment was an option. I emailed that I would not be able to make pickup on June 4th. No answer. Texted June 6th. By the time I got a call back i was out of town but said that I would call as soon as I was back and could be flexible with pickup. I have now reached out 5 separate times via e-mail, text and voicemail since June 21st with no reply..but have paid over $200
