We will ship smalls only via UPS. Smalls meaning light weight and can easily be transported. You must pre-arrange this with us prior to bidding and then ...view moreremind us again AFTER you have successfully won. We will drop your items off at our local UPS store within one week of auction close. UPS will then contact you directly for shipping payment.

Please do not bid if unable to pickup your item(s) during our allotted time. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. Pickups will be done curbside with the exception of furniture (see below).

We will not provide packing materials so please come prepared.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
