She received her MFA from Columbia University, School of the Arts in 1979 (Sculpture) and received a BFA from North Texas State University in 1976 with a major ...view morein Photography and a minor in Drama. She previously taught in the Fine Arts at the following Institutions: College of Staten Island (St. George Campus), St. John's University and Dowling College for 8 years, and as an adjunct faculty member at Hofstra University for the past 24 years as well as Suffolk County Community College (Selden) for the past 16 years. She exhibited her work extensively nationally and locally. (Dallas Museum of Fine Arts, The Fort Worth Museum of 20* Century Art, The Arkansas Art Center, Everson Museum of Art, Syracuse, New York, Heckscher Museum, Huntington, New York, Islip Art Museum, Islip, New York, 112 Greene Street Gallery, N.Y.C., Staten Island Institute of Arts and Sciences, Staten Island, New York, and numerous galleries in the New York Metropolitan area. In watercolor and oil painting as well as printmaking, she explored landscape: in abstraction remembered from her extensive world travel. Photographic works are mostly of Long Island landscapes and reflect art historical interests abroad. She loved to work with steel, stone and various found materials to create sculptures that challenged her mind in order to explore new ways of seeing the world around her.

We will ship SMALLS only via UPS. ...view more Smalls meaning light weight and can easily be transported. You must pre-arrange this with us prior to bidding and then remind us again AFTER you have successfully won. We will drop your items off at our local UPS store within one week of auction close. UPS will then package your items and CALL you for payment. We CANNOT ship by any other carrier.

Please do not bid if unable to pickup your item(s) during our allotted time. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. Pickups will be done curbside with the exception of furniture (see below).

We will not provide packing materials so please come prepared.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
