Probably one of the top three worst auction houses on Auction Ninja. Won auction 0m 6/30/24. It is 7/29/24. Not only do I not have my goods, but I have called, texted, and e-mailed numerous times. No one has responded. Also copied in Ninja on all. It is impossible to not have goods, from New York to New Jersey in 4 weeks. For 18% premium and buyer paid shipping, this situation is obnoxious. I have no other choice but to dispute the charges.

BUYER BEWARE their "Shipping/Delivery" Costs!?!!? Holy smokes, what a robbery?!

I was charged $175 to have to drive through the atrocity that is Greenpoint Brooklyn (one way streets, double-parked blockages, streets not on a grid but more like a web, etc...). Delivery to my actual address was quoted as double. My purchases/contents fit inside a hatchback. I managed a hand-made furniture gallery where we charged $150 to deliver custom-made DINING TABLES with FULL SETS of custom-made chairs IN THE CITY and up to penthouses. Required a box-truck and two bodies busting humps and getting parking tickets. This extortion is ridiculous. Had this been mentioned UP FRONT, I wouldn't have touched their auction. I paid more in "shipping" than I did for the items and again, they didn't actually "ship" nor "deliver" anything. They moved a bunch of smalls to a different location at $175 per buyer.

That's mob $hit.
