I'm not remembering this mark... looks familiar. comes with a velvet pouch. Pendant ring comes off if one wants to carry the heart bottle in the pouch or pocketbook. Nice dipper stick. Weighs 20.5 grams. Measures about 2 x 2 inches. very nice. there is a spot that needs to be polished out.

Notes: excellent vintage condition, typical surface wear, one spot that needs to be polished out.
