Successful bidders who choose Alternate Pick Up Location in Stamford, CT agree to be automatically charged TRANSFER FEES.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
By selecting USPS Shipping, you agree to have our office charge you the following USPS flat rate shipping fees: $20 for a small box, $30 for a medium box, and $40 for a large box. Shipping will be determined by smallest size box your purchases fit into.
If you select USPS Shipping and want to add insurance to your shipping, please call our office at 603-675-2549, before 5pm on Tuesday, February 4th. If you do not contact us before this date, your purchase will be shipped without insurance.
Insurance rates are approx. $10 per $1,000 of insurance.
If this is your first time as a buyer at Smith Auction, you must email a copy of your driver’s license to info@wsmithauction.com, to confirm that shipping and billing addresses match with photo ID.
Purchases may only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card registered for payment, and ONLY WITHIN the United States.
Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping for first time Smith buyers, and may be requested of any/all buyers.
By requesting shipping the buyer thereby agrees to the following terms: I agree to have Wm. Smith Inc. release my purchases for shipping to USPS or UPS. I make no claims of Wm. Smith regarding shipping delay, loss or arrival condition of purchases. All items are in condition stated in the condition report contained within lot description, when they leave our premises. By requesting shipping the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage occurring once items leave our gallery.
