Please bring boxes and padding for your purchases, we will have staff available to help you load.
ANY & ALL items not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates/times, without making prior arrangements (including CT Transfer), will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
We have another auction immediately after this one, therefore purchases must be removed from the premises immediately.
For purchases being picked up by a delivery service in NH, we must be notified of delivery arrangements, by 5pm Wed. Jan 11th.
Purchases must be removed from our premises in a timely manner, or will be moved to on-site storage for a fee.

CT Transfer:
Saturday, Jan 14th, 10am-12noon.

We do not ship in house, we are happy to help coordinate shipping with our local UPS Pack and Ship in West Lebanon, NH, their number is 603-298-7890 if you would like to inquire about estimates. If you need your purchases shipped, please call our office after the sale at 603-675-2549, and give permission to have your purchases transferred to them. Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping.
I agree to have Wm.Smith Inc. release my purchases for shipping to USPS or UPS. I make no claims of Wm. Smith regarding shipping delay, loss or arrival condition of purchases. All items are in stated condition of the lot when they leave our premises. By requesting shipping the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage occurring once items leave our gallery.
