Please bring boxes and padding for your purchases, we will have staff available to help you load.
ANY & ALL items not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates/times, without making prior arrangements (including CT Transfer), will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
Purchases must be removed from the premises during specified pick up dates, or will be moved to on site storage, handling and storage fees will be charged.
For purchases being picked up by a delivery service in NH, we must be notified of delivery arrangements, by 4pm, Wed. July 19th.

Successful bidders interested in Stamford, CT pick up subject to TRANSFER FEES, please message us in Ninja or call our office 603-675-2549, (this is a landline, please do not text) after the close of sale, and by 4pm on Wed. July 19th to pay your transfer fees and get on CT delivery .

Small items being picked up in CT will be boxed, please bring materials and assistance for larger items.

SHIPPING:
We do not ship in house, we are happy to help coordinate shipping with our local UPS Pack and Ship in West Lebanon, NH, their number is 603-298-7890 if you would like to inquire about estimates.
If you are the successful bidder, and want your purchases shipped, please call our office after the sale at 603-675-2549, and give permission to have your purchases transferred to the UPS Store.
Purchases may only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card registered for payment, and ONLY WITHIN THE United States.
Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping.
By requesting shipping the buyer thereby agrees to the following terms: I agree to have Wm. Smith Inc. release my purchases for shipping to USPS or UPS. I make no claims of Wm. Smith regarding shipping delay, loss or arrival condition of purchases. All items are in condition stated in the condition report contained with lot description, when they leave our premises. By requesting shipping the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage occurring once items leave our gallery.
