**IMPORTANT** Please note the house and outbuildings are NOT handicap accessible, and will be difficult for those with mobility issues. The house and barns are old, so there are narrow and steep staircases, uneven floorboards, and dark areas, so please plan to use the utmost care when visiting.

Please bring boxes and padding for your purchases, we will have staff available to help you load.
Purchases MUST be removed from the premises on these two days.
If not picking up on-site in Bedford, you must contact our office by 4pm Tuesday, June 20th, to pay for and arrange pick-up in Plainfield NH, or Stamford CT.
Any items not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates/times, without making prior arrangements, will be deemed ABANDONED and FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

Plainfield NH and Stamford CT pick up subject to CTF:
The CT Transfer Fee (CTF) applies only to items requested to be brought to Plainfield NH or Stamford CT for pick up on 6/24, 10am-12pm.
The fee applies per item, which are totaled and charged once the transfer is requested by the buyer after the auction, by messaging us through Ninja or calling our office at 603-675-2549, by 4pm Tuesday, June 20th.
All CT Transfers are provided by Walter Janes Professional Movers in coordination with our office.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS SHIPPING
We do not ship in house, we are happy to help coordinate shipping with our local UPS Pack and Ship in West Lebanon, NH, their number is 603-298-7890 if you would like to inquire about estimates.
Since this is an On-Site auction and all items are located in Bedford NH, there will be a fee (CTF per item) to transfer your purchase to the UPS Store in Lebanon NH, where you can then arrange shipping with them.
If you are the successful bidder, and want your purchases shipped, please message us through Ninja, or call our office at 603-675-2549, by 4pm Tuesday, June 20th, to pay transfer fees (CTF) and request your purchases be transferred to the Lebanon NH UPS Store.
Purchases may only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card registered for payment, and ONLY WITHIN THE United States.
Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping.
Shipping requires agreeing to our terms: I agree to have Wm. Smith Inc. release my purchases for shipping to USPS or UPS. I make no claims of Wm. Smith regarding shipping delay, loss or arrival condition of purchases. All items are in condition stated in the condition report contained with lot description, when they leave our premises. By requesting shipping the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage occurring once items leave our gallery.
