Super efficient and fast pick up!

I would NOT recommend working with this auction house. Very snappy and unprofessional representatives. My item arrived broken, refused to provide with proof of insurance to submit a claim, it was all very very messy and unnecessarily difficult to deal with them. There are plenty other incredible auction houses with phenomenal managers - stay away from this one!

Be aware of their unreliable shipping- NEVER received items.
I've never received the items yet and heard about anything over 3 weeks after I won, although I followed up from my end multiple times. They kept saying that within 2-15 days after pick up date, I'll be asked about shipping but apparently that was not true. It's already over 19 days since pick update.
Never had this shipping issues so far with numerous other auctions. Very frustrating and this impacts my business.
