I hesitated about writing this because I buy from this seller a lot, but I'm hoping they will learn & improve from this review. Their prices are fair & they often have great merchandise, but I buy from A LOT of different companies & their pickup etiquette is just awful. I purchased 2 lots of 150 pieces of glassware which needed very careful packing, & I even brought 2 helpers plus many boxes & newspapers to try to make the packing process go as quickly as possible & get out of their hair. The pickup staff could not have been ruder. They did not want to let me in the house to pack my items up; they tried to shove piles of glassware at me in the tiny little foyer in the front of house, where there was no room to even stand, much less pack. I insisted I could not pack all that glass in that tiny front area & they begrudgingly let me into the house, & gave me attitude the entire time I was there. All I was doing was sitting on the living room floor packing my stuff, I had no intention of disturbing anything else in the house, & they should know me by now & acted a lot more gracious considering how frequently I buy from them.... Not to mention how much money I spend on their auctions! If you are a company selling fragile items, you need to either have them packed up in advance if you want to get the pickups over with quickly (which many auction companies do); or at least designate a packing area for your buyers & don't rush them out the door. The customer service here is sorely lacking.
