When an issue came up with picking up the item, the seller did not respond to my request for pick up time adjustment. The instructions in the email said to reach out to the seller via the Auction Ninja link to which they did not reply at all. So I texted their pick up day phone number and they had zero empathy for my pick up challenge. They would not adjust the pick up time at ALL. They simply said "no". so the item that I purchased is theirs to resell I guess.
I would not buy from them again.
