Entire Storage Unit Contents 10 X 15 Southwick MA

This is one of my personal units. I need to retire so I’m selling it as one unit rather than listing lots. Item are from my closed antique, book and collectibles shop, former booths at other shops, prior auction location in West Simsbury, my grandparent’s homes in Granville MA, and my husband’s family. Also items I got from cleaning out estates, bulk purchases, auction lots sold and never picked up.
Some of the items are antique furniture including: a large hall mirror that was always in the entryway at my grandparents in Granville, a 1930’s Chifforobe from my other grandparents in Granville, a lions head chair that belonged to my husband’s first in-laws- seat is cracked, antique dresser. Also there are other chairs, bench, blanket chest, lots of newer book shelves.
There is a cart I used for transporting packages. Lots of boxes of books, glass, porcelain, antiques and collectibles. I didn’t look in most of them- so can’t be sure what is there.
My grandfather’s old grinding wheel is there.
Pick up will be by appointment, and items must be removed before the end of February. NO Saturday appointments available.
Buyers premium of 25% will include a deposit of 10% which will be returned if the unit is completely emptied and swept clean before February 28.
