Brian was an excellent auctioneer. He was as professional and friendly as you could possibly hope for. He answered ALL of my questions very promptly and was kind all the while. He packaged my item very secure and he even dropped it off to his local UPS store. It arrived perfect and I feel compelled to say; he was great!! The person facilitating the pickup was extremely rude and agitated. This is the only auction experience I've had where they require an appointment within the pickup window, so people were confused and the man was absolutely awful. What inflated self importance. I will never bid on an auction from Pickwick again. And our item reeked of cat pee.

It's best to text us if you have a lot of items to get you (and others) checked out quickly. rnWe can not anticipate when customers will arrive and have found this system to be helpful. My understanding is that you did not text in advance, and expected your items to be ready.
