Waited an hour while they searched for this massive art piece that they, "misplaced." Was then told they found it and would deliver it to me. That was over a week ago. I have reached out multiple times with no response. I don't even care about the painting anymore, or the money. Its the principle. What a disorganized mess of a company. What a joke. Don't waste your time. I've been going to auction pickups for years here and have never had such a ridiculous experience.

After waiting over an hour outside, the painting I won could not be found. The woman who collected my items said that she swore she put it with my other things but it "disappeared".
This was the second time I had this experience with this company. This operation is disorganized and questionable. Steer clear.

Poor pick-up experience and communication. I sent a text to them more than 30 minutes before I arrived as asked. I never heard back from them and arrived to the pick-up location to a line of frustrated bidders that wrapped from the front porch, down the lawn and down the block. I waited 1 1/2 hours in line for my items. The sellers seemed confused and were incredibly disorganized. They called out some names to the group in line but there didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to what names were called out or why. Hopefully, they take these poor reviews in stride and take an opportunity to review their pick-up procedures and organize better in the future. That said, I will be reluctant to bid on items from this seller in the future.

Excellent service from Simply Home. Wait time was minimal (a few minutes) to pick up my order, and the staff very courteous. Everything was very organized and easy. I will purchase again from this seller!

Followed instructions to text prior to pick up with my info to expedite the process. No response from seller, and still had to wait almost 90 minutes. Really disorganized.
The item I won was in worse condition than the few pictures made it seem. The description had only included dimensions. Lots of wear on the wood, scrapes on the glass, and a big chunk missing from the table that was not documented in the auction pictures. Items were strewn across the house, making it difficult to navigate, especially while carrying a table.
The staff seemed nice but frazzled for sure.
It's unlikely that I'll purchase from this seller again.

I would like to Chang my original review. The organizer did a great job. Even though people had to wait she handled herself and the care of the owners home very good. I will definitely by from her again. I want to thank her for making things right. I have never had an auctioneer contact me back. So thank you

The good - I asked a question online and that was answered quickly.

The bad - Everything else. Many listings only included one photo, making it difficult to zoom in to assess condition. Not enough detail in the listings, including dimensions and condition of items. But the worst, without a doubt, the worst pickup experience ever. I waited almost 2 hours and even when I got inside, people were wandering around unable to find anything. Many people left without getting their items because the pickup was so slow. Unlikely to ever purchase from this seller ever again.
