Michelle single handedly moved my bookcase up the stairs, it was amazing! Kidding, but Michelle is fabulous. It was me, myself, and a hand truck, which would have been tough but do-able for me and I was prepared to just move slow. Michelle stepped in, no questions asked, and helped. She is a very nice person and so were the other ladies helping her. Smooth process from start to finish!

I bid on several beautiful item and when I went to pick them up today, they looked better in person. I am so pleased! simplyhomeconsignments.com are very helpful and I could tell they cared very much for the home these items were being sold from. Michelle and her crew helped me get the items out of the house and even helped me load them into my truck. Which I wasn't expecting, but since my husband seem to avoid helping me, the crew was right there to lend a hand! I look forward to seeing where they will be next. What a great way to find great treasures! Thank you! :)

Given the wrong items and did not get all my items. Was told it would be fixed but 3 weeks later still waiting.

The pick up was completely disorganized and they lost my bowl.

We waited for almost two hours only to be told they couldn't find the book and then assured they would track it down and personally deliver it to us. I reluctantly agreed but, in hindsight, I wish I would have insisted on a refund then.

After several follow-up emails, I finally got this response: "Hi, I just finished the cleanup from the estate. I was hired to do the clean out. So, I will be getting the orders ready to ship. I will send you an invoice to pay. What is the best email to send it to? Thank you. Michelle."

I can only assume this means they have now gone back on their promise to deliver my item and are expecting me to pay more for shipping due to their ineptitude. And I can't clarify this with them because they're back to not responding.

At this point it's not about the money or the book, it's about spreading the word on how unprofessional and potentially corrupt this seller is. Buyer beware.
