Winning bidders who's credit cards are declined by the card processor MUST rectify the situation before the pick up begins otherwise you forfeit as you have not paid. Check your email & text messages the night bidding ends for a message if your card has been declined and please reach out with any questions.

* If you win a Lot w/many items included, you must take all items in that lot. No cherry picking or leaving items behind - you have won them ALL.

* You are responsible to remove items where they are located, and to bring necessary Boxes/Bags, Packing Material, Moving, Lifting Manpower & Tools. We cannot help lift or move heavy items so please come fully prepared w/adequate sized vehicle & necessary help/manpower. (please carefully READ MEASUREMENTS we provide to ensure items will fit in your vehicle)

*If you have won furniture or heavy/bulky items Do Not Come Alone - bring adequate manpower to help you carry to vehicle! We cannot help lift or move your furniture. or heavy/bulky items

* Questions are highly encouraged before bidding (email or text auction rep PRIOR to auction close day). The items we sell are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned and used. We do our best with photos, measurements and to list conditions. Please look at the images thoroughly and enlarge them. (Condition scale is Fair/Good/Very Good/Excellent – there is no “poor” as we won’t represent items in poor condition)
