* You are responsible to remove items where they are located, and to bring necessary Boxes/Bags, Packing Material, Moving, Lifting Manpower & Tools. We cannot help lift or move heavy items so please come fully prepared w/adequate sized vehicle & necessary help/manpower.

*This a Full House estate auction, items in this auction are located on the 1st & 2nd floors as well as in the basement & garage.

*If you have won furniture or heavy/bulky items Do Not Come Alone - bring adequate manpower to help you carry your items to your vehicle! We cannot help lift or move your furniture. or heavy/bulky items.

* Questions are highly encouraged before bidding (email or text auction rep PRIOR to auction close day). The items we sell are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned and used. We do our best with photos, measurements and to list conditions. Please look at the images thoroughly and enlarge them. (Condition scale is Fair/Good/Very Good/Excellent – there is no “poor” as we won’t represent items in poor condition)
