cannot guarantee all parts present
Bring appropriate help and vehicle to move and transport this lot!!
NOTE * Located on 2nd floor, down a wide open inside staircase to front door and then a couple steps down to front walkway. Do not come alone - bring adequate manpower to help you carry to your vehicle!  We cannot help lift or move your furniture or heavy/bulky items. (check measurements provided to ensure will fit into your vehicle)
