This was my first experience with Simplify with Eileen Estate Sales. I found the photos and descriptions of auction items to be accurate. I emailed with a question before bidding and Eileen was quick to respond. Most impressive was how very well organized and how friendly, accommodating and pleasant Eileen and her staff were during the pickup process. I will be keeping watch for Eileen's upcoming sales.

I absolutely love the auctions with Eileen and all her staff. They are all so friendly and so well organized. Eileen is the only one that I have found that accurately describes any flaws or the condition of what you are bidding on. I am a fan for life. Anyone on the fence about bidding with Simplify with Eileen, please know you will quickly become a fan also.

Eileen and her staff (especially Ruben) are amazing at handling the auction. Every week my MIL and I always go and pick up the stuff from Eileen because we always have the best experience. Very satisfied customer here. Good quality of stuff and amazing customer service. They always go above and beyond for their actions.
