RARE E. C. Simmons & Kleen Kutter Knife

So the obvious ... It has some damage . That said this is a rare item because of its age, and markings.
So apparently Shepleigh Hardware had not bought E. C. Simmons out. I am not sure if Kleen Kutter had yet to be bought out. Eventually both companies were bought by S. Hardware. Either way this is one of the earliest and rarest marking between the two companies.
