We’ve been working this estate since October 2024 and still lots of great items to come. Decor, DVDs, collectors dream, home goods, holiday items, special cookie molds, all kinds of can’t live without goodies.

Any customer requiring diversion from ...view morestated pickup will now pay staff member who meets them an additional $20 cash to accommodate their needs. Alternative options may or may not be available, you must confirm if this option is even Available before bidding.
Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be revoked. You must take all of your lot or you will be charged a disposal fee starting at $5 minimum up to $100 for a piece of furniture, item dependent. 
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.  We do not supply packing materials or tools.  Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible.  We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.
We have had to raise our buyers premium due to winning bidders not picking up items on proper day, not taking entire lot, coming early to pickup, requiring time after pickup time, not having sufficient assistance, not bringing proper vehicle and more. This increases our labor cost.  We still have a lower buyers premium than most auction houses. Let's try and keep it that way for everyone's benefit.
SHIPPING BY COURIER ONLY.
Almost any purchase can be picked up and shipped by a local courier service. We have partnered with Postal Annex in Northwest Oklahoma City to provide pickup and shipping services for our customers:
You will make the arrangements and pay them directly. Postal Annex charges a pickup charge depending on the distance. Please call them for more information. Failure to pay shipping costs will result in forfeiture of items without refund. Shipping may be more expensive than your lot. You may contact them for estimates.
