You will make the arrangements and pay them directly. Postal Annex charges a pickup charge depending on the distance. Please call them for more information. Failure to pay shipping costs will result in forfeiture of items without refund.

You must email a copy of your invoice directly to the courier so they know to pick your items up. Please email them as soon as you confirm your items have been won and paid for. Send the Invoice to: pa18024@postalannex.com

Pickup: is at a private residence. Please do not bring children or pets to this pickup. We serve on first come first serve basis and you may need to wait.
We have had to raise our buyers premium due to winning bidders not following shipping instructions, not picking up items on proper day, not taking entire lot, coming early to pickup, requiring time after pickup time, not having sufficient assistance, not bringing proper vehicle and more. This increases our labor cost.  We still have a lower buyers premium than most auction houses. Please read all information and ask before bidding if it’s unclear. Let's try and keep it that way for everyone's benefit.
