We are trying to have some bulk lots when feasible to move some volume you must take entire lot. There will be multiple sales at this property in North Edmond!

We do our best to list and/or photograph any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Bids will not be canceled or withdrawn for any reason.
NOTE: items eligible for shipping have a special Picture in description that says shipping available. No picture, no shipping, no exceptions.
For tax exempt Purchases your tax exempt information and certificate needs to be loaded in AUCTION NINJA SYSTEM BEFORE bidding!
Pickup is at a private residence. Please note that there may be others there at the same time and it might be crowded. Be patient and we will help you get your items. You are responsible for the removal of all your winnings from the site ON DAY OF PICKUP!. 

Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified pickup time period. If you are unable to pick up your items during the specified time, and do not make arrangements prior to pickup day, your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. 


FURNITURE and Large/ heavy item purchases: YOU MUST bring the help, tools, or whatever will be needed to remove and load your items. Signature Estate Sales will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items. If you are unable to move your item because of inadequate help, your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be given, 

Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. Full pickup address will be provided via email to winning bidders.
