We ship by most cost effective means to address on file and ...view morecharge to credit card used for purchase. We add $5 per package (not per lot) for supplies and handling. If you bid and win items not eligible for shipping you forfeit your items without refund. Failure to pay for shipping will also result in forfeiture without refund. Please ask first if you have questions.
PICKUP: this home is a two story house. Your items may be located on second floor. We have tried to indicate that in description of lots. Please bring appropriate assistance as there will NOT be assistance provided on site. Please do not bring children or non service animals to pickup unless they are your assistant in picking up your lots. This is a small home, and there will be a lot of activity on pickup day. Please bring packing materials as your items will not be packed for transport.
All items won must be taken in a lot whether you are picking up in person or requesting the lot to be shipped. We understand that you may only want parts of a lot that you bid on, however, our contract is with the client who owns the home. We strategically lot items together so that the entire lot may be removed from the client's home. Please consider this fact when requesting shipping as we will ship the entire lot.
