We do our best to list and/or photograph any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. For tax exempt Purchases your tax exempt information and certificate needs to be loaded in AUCTION NINJA SYSTEM BEFORE bidding!
Pickup is at a storage facility you will be met at gate, give your name you will then go to storage unit and collect your items and subsequently be let out of storage facility. Please note that there may be others there at the same time and it might be crowded. Be patient and we will help you get your items. You are responsible for the removal of your winnings from the site on day of pickup. 

Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified pickup time period. If you are unable to pick up your items during the specified time, and do not make arrangements your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. 


FURNITURE and Large/ heavy item purchases: YOU MUST bring the help, tools, or whatever will be needed to remove and load your items. Signature Estate Sales will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items. If you are unable to move your item because of inadequate help, your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be given, 

Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. Full pickup address will be provided via email to winning bidders.

SHIPPING we ship by usps or ups whichever is most cost effective. SES Is not responsible for damage during shipment. It is recommended that fragile items be picked up in person. Shipping charges are in addition to all auction charges. There is a $5 fee per invoice (may be higher for large orders), plus the Shipping costs. Once packed up, we will charge your credit card on file for shipping charges. No items will be shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected, or payment is declined. Please ensure your address is correct in Auction Ninja before bidding. That’s where we will send your goodies. Shipping will go out approximately 10 days after auction close. We are a small family business and that stuff takes time…
