Any customer requiring diversion from ...view morestated pickup will now pay staff member who meets them an additional $20 cash to accommodate their needs. Alternative options may or may not be available, you must confirm if this option is even Available before bidding.
Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be revoked. You must take all of your lot or you will be charged a disposal fee starting at $5 minimum up to $100 for a piece of furniture, item dependent. 
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.  We do not supply packing materials or tools.  Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible.  We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.
We have had to raise our buyers premium due to winning bidders not picking up items on proper day, not taking entire lot, coming early to pickup, requiring time after pickup time, not having sufficient assistance, not bringing proper vehicle and more. This increases our labor cost.  We still have a lower buyers premium than most auction houses. Let's try and keep it that way for everyone's benefit.

Shipping is handled in-house for this auction. Your items will be packed and your card charged in approximately TWO WEEKS from auction closing. Your card on file with auction ninja will be charges for shipping cost plus handling fee of $2-$10 and insurance if over $100. Shipping is combined when appropriate. Shipping goes to address on file. If charges are declined ONE attempt will be made to contact you before your items will be considered abandoned without refund. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. All items have insurance added if invoice over 100.
Pickup is from 11-2 at a private residence. We have made arrangements for your order to be ready for you to pickup. Please be ready to pick it up during that time frame, if required you may send someone else to pickup for you just let us know.
