Pickup: This auction is in a private home in a residential area. Please note that we are responsible for emptying the property in a timely manner and with as little disruption to the neighborhood as possible. We conduct our pickups as orderly as possible and operate on a first come first serve basis. You may need to wait. Please do not bring pets or children to pickup unless they are service animals or are your assistance in pickup. Bring all appropriate assistance, packing materials and vehicle for pickup. We help when we can, but to keep costs low for you, come prepared.

Bidding: Do not bid if you can’t make pickup. Also watch the sale if you bid, not receiving notification of winning is not an excuse not to pick up. Failure to pickup at scheduled pickup time will result in forfeiture of your items without refund. This again is to keep buyer premiums lower than others.

Shipping- we do not ship furniture. Shipping is conducted by the most economical means possible. There is a five dollar handling fee to each order (not lot) and you will be charged actual expense of packaging. Each lot that can be shipped is indicated by a small box in upper right hand corner of listing. When you open listing it will state if shipping is available. You may only ship to address on account and expenses will be charged to card on file with account. Please ask if you are unclear before bidding via the ask a question system in auction ninja.
