Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be revoked. You must take all of your lot or you will be charged a disposal fee starting at $5 minimum up to $100 for a piece of furniture, item dependent. 
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.  We do not supply packing materials or tools.  Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible.  We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.

ALTERNATE PICK UP & SHIPPING:
None available



Any alternate arrangement for pickup will now cost bidder $20 cash to be paid to the staff member who has to meet them.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
We will combine shipping for your convenience. Shipping charges plus a $5 handling fee will be charged to the credit card on file approximately 2 weeks after auction closes. All orders will be shipped after payment is collected. Everything is shipped USPS or UPS. Orders over $100 will have insurance added to the shipping cost. Should your credit card deny shipping charges, we will try to process again one day later. If the charges are denied again then your items will be considered forfeit without consideration.
