The items arrived in a poorly taped box that was damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging. Unfortunately, two items are missing, though they likely weren't worth the cost of shipping. While many of the items were new old stock, they had a strong smoke odor and were in unacceptable condition. I spent a significant amount of money on two lots, and I suspect the sellers intentionally avoided showing the back of both items-one was broken, and the other was not a genuine coin. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead buyers, and I will certainly not be purchasing from this seller again.

Overall this was an "ok" experience. The listing accuracy left a lot to be desired, as the listing indicated these items were "new in box" which was VERY far from the case. Many of these items had boxes that were hand written on and or significantly damaged. Some of the damage doesn't match the original photos which leads me to believe some could have happened during shipping. Shipment of the items was another very poor experience. The seller did NOT pack these items with any sort of care. The ornaments were packed into a large box without any packing material to prevent damage in transport. The box that was used was very flimsy and not protective which didn't help as well. If you're using these seller for Hallmark ornaments I would use caution, but maybe they're better with their other items.
