BUYERS BEWARE. THEY DO NOT SHIP, EVEN IF THEIR LISTINGS SAY THEY DO! I purchased an item on October 30th. Seller had shipping available as an option on the listing, so I went ahead with bidding. As soon as I won the auction, they sent me an email stating they do not ship anything. I have reached out to them multiple times, even offering to buy a UPS label and schedule pickup myself, but they have not responded to me at all. I see another buyer left a similar review and the seller claimed they sent their item, I have NOT gotten any communication from them nor have I received the item I paid for. I now have to force a refund through my bank due to lack of response. Will never buy from this seller again.

There was a significant crack in a crystal pitcher that I purchased--and there was no mention of the crack and no photo of the crack in the listing. The pitcher was in a box so I didn't see the crack until much later.

Missed something I wanted because it got lost in the other notifications. Very disappointed.

Even when you text your information you don't get a response. I traveled an hour to get my items to end up in an area of of Denver I can only explain as nasty. Construction everywhere, shirtless homeless people laying outside the building harassing people as the walk by and no parking spaces for someone to pick up items.
