Only USPS Flat Rate Boxes will be used for shipping. Insurance & Signature Confirmation is MANDATORY.
We will ship ONLY to the shipping address listed on your SEATTLE ORGANIZING WORKS account/address on invoice.
It is your responsibility to make sure it is updated and correct before bidding.
If you have a reseller's certificate you must provide that through AUCTION NINJA before bidding. We will not credit you back tax one bidding begins.
Purchases of $250 or more will require a photo id. at pick-up. If items are to be shipped, shipping will take place one week after the auction closes. You will need to email me a copy of your photo id. to elizabeth@seattleorganizingworks.com. Failure to do so will delay your shipment. There will be a $10 flat fee for all packing/shipping jobs no matter how many items you buy. This amount will be included in the postage rate you are charged.
Please understand that while Seattle Organizing Works does its best to describe all items listed, we are neither jewelers nor gemologists, artifact experts, nor appraisers. Our descriptions are a suggestion of what we believe the items may be. An item that is listed as a "pearl" may be a genuine pearl, a cultured pearl, or a synthetic. The final judgment as to what you are bidding on and its value is ultimately up to you, the bidder. Items described as "diamonds" have been tested with a diamond tester. Keep in mind items are not brand new and may have minor flaws and show signs of use, general wear and tear, etc. I will try to point out obvious flaws but ultimately it is up to you to study the photos and ask any questions you may have. Pieces have been wiped but not cleaned.
All items are sold as is and all sales are final. By bidding, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
PICK-UP: All items need to be picked up in West Seattle, WA. Items not picked up during these hours will be subject to a $10 per day per item storage fee (unless previous arrangements have been made with us prior to the auction close) and/or forfeit of the item with no refunds or credit (see terms & conditions).
SHIPPING: Most, but not all items in this auction are available for shipping. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE REGISTERED CREDIT CARD ADDRESS ON FILE. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in-house will be charged to the credit card on file and a shipping receipt with tracking will be emailed to the account on file. There will be a $10 flat fee for all packing/shipping jobs no matter how many items you buy. This amount will be included in the postage rate you are charged.
When possible we will combine shipping. Not all items can be combined safely. You are responsible for all costs involved for packing and shipping.
All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. While SOW will do its' best to list any damage, repairs or condition issues, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items SOW sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review photos carefully prior to bidding.
