Vintage 14k Gold Diamond Solitaire Ring (DM40)
It is marked 14k on the inside.
The shoulders are a little dark. There appears to be a little indent in the ring on either side of the diamond but I think its part of the design as there are no prong remnants to indicate missing stones. Its hard to see as its dark there. The diamond is approx. 3mm in diameter.
