Left several messages about having this item mailed to me and no one ever returned to my call. They still have the ring and I am out the money.

Shipping was a lot more than expected. For one small item (a ring), I paid well over the cost of a small flat-rate box. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bid on the item.
I also heard nothing from the auction manager when I tried to check on my item several times. When I finally contacted Auction Ninja to complain, lo and behold, they reached out to me and shipped my item. Maybe a coincidence...but probably not.

I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the shipping cost, we don’t make any money from it. It’s just what UPS charges. I looked at my text messages and I responded the day after the auction. I’m not really sure what else I could have done differently. I’m sorry for your experience. Phyllis
