Columbia Record Club edition, manufactured by Columbia, even though the bottom of the label says manufactured by MCA. Back cover lower right corner says "CRC", also on labels under Side 1 and Side 2. Retains bar code. Inner sleeve. Upon inspection, the jacket has shelf wear. The record: Surfaces are almost near mint and have a slight bit of film spots.
