Inner sleeve. Upon inspection, the jacket has shelf wear. The record is in VG condition.

The precursor of Dr. Hook. The name Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show was used until 1975 and this name must be used until that date (plus ANV, if necessary!). The name was changed due to a record deal with another Label. George Cummings, Ray Sawyer, Billy Francis, and Popeye Phillips all originally came from the band "Chocolate Papers".
