PLEASE READ - Only one or two cars in the driveway at a time. This house is a top of a long driveway with limited parking. If you have purchased from me in the past you know I pride myself on getting you in and out quickly. This auction pickup will not be as speedy as some others and I ask for your patience in advance. ALSO - if you are not comfortable driving in reverse, please wait at the bottom of the hill. ALSO if you absolutely must bring a trailer be certain that you are comfortable in reversing it up the driveway. I extended the pickup window to six hours so hopefully there will be very little delays. Many thanks!!
