I drove 2 hours to get to the "Auction" pick up and when I got there NObody had any clue where my bidding was located. The e.said that the guy doing the auction was not available and I would hv to come bk later in the week to try to get it. I told them that I just drove 2 hours to get there and I could not drive back for 2 hours to get there then drive 2 hours to get home. The Employee then replied "Oh well shi't happens" I then told her that I wanted my money back and and she said "No you will hv to come bk to get the "collector bid" The employee called the Owner of the Auction and he told her no, he wasn't going to return my money and oh well he didn't care if I was mad about the situation for me to "deal with it" I called the owner Micheal Vertone, and he was Screaming at me to get over it". I hv been to many Auction and Estate sales and I hv Never been screamed at or told "Just get over it and Oh well shut happens" I hv enjoyed being apart of the Auction Ninja family and I love being able to get some great bid wins and enjoy meeting great Aution people. I hv nvr been talked to that way and I'm sure there are other bid winners that "Rocking thru the ages" has treated this way. I wish this situation hadn't happened I was ready to pick up my bidding but I will chalk this up as a Awful thing that has happened and I will nvr bid on anything from Rockin thru the ages ever again.
