All items should be considered used or pre-owned unless stated otherwise. As all items are used and/or pre-owned and sold on commission, Ridgeways Estate Sales may only have limited knowledge of the condition of items sold, and therefore is not liable for injuries or accidents sustained from use of an item after purchase. Buyers must consent to these terms prior to bidding.

IN PERSON PICKUP: Buyers shall not enter the pickup location outside the designated time frame. Please park in the street during pickup. If picking up larger furniture items, please check in with the auction host prior to driving onto the property. Please bring a photo ID, printed invoice, or phone with emailed invoice to show proof of purchase during pickup.

SHIPPING: (PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS) Most items are available for shipping. Shipping cost will vary by item. Postage may be expensive depending on your location. Ridgeways Estate Sales will charge a service fee of 20% on the postage cost plus a $5 supply fee for each order. This will be billed to the card on file.

Prior to bidding, please check your shipping address listed with Auction Ninja is correct and select the shipping option when you bid. No further action is needed. RIdgeways Estate Sales will reach out if there is any issue.

Items will be shipped within fifteen (15) days of auction closing. There may be a delay if multiple auctions close the same weekend. All items will be sent via USPS with tracking and insurance. Tracking information shall be provided to the buyer upon request. Larger or fragile items may be given to a local shipping store to ship. Ridgeways Estate Sales does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims must be handled directly with USPS.
