Prior to the in person pick up date, buyers should inform Ridgeways Estate Sales that the won items should be shipped and provide a shipping address. All items will be sent via USPS with tracking and insurance. Tracking information shall be provided to the buyer by request. Ridgeways Estate Sales does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims must be handled directly with USPS. Ridgeways Estate Sales will charge a 20% surcharge on the postage cost to recover the credit card processing fee and supplies. Larger or more complicated items will be given to Island Shipping in Setauket, New York.
