These turned out to not be water colors but very obviously, prints on sheets of vinyl. When I sent video and photographic evidence and requested a refund I was told that they wouldn't be "bullied into" giving a refund. I'm not sure how else to go about getting a refund at this point but I thought I should share my experience

Ridgeways Estate Sales
Hello - Apologies that we have had this back and forth. Please see it from my point of view. Your payment for the item and shipping was denied multiple times for insufficient funds. When everything did clear and you received the item, you claimed that it wasn’t a watercolor. I had confidence in the product description. When I asked you to return it for a refund, you asked me to send you money for shipping. I asked for photographic evidence and you texted a zoomed in video that showed nothing or the material of the canvass. I asked for another video and you denied to send it to me. Your response was it’s $50, just give it to me because I work for a famous auction house. Sorry, but this situation feels like a scam. If there is a misunderstanding, please send me the new videos and I’ll be happy to work with you.
