Vintage Japanese Satsuma Fish Bowl - 2 Of 2

This lovely Vintage Japanese Satsuma Fish Bowl is glazed and decorated inside and out. The body is decorated with four yellow panels filled with people separated by panels decorated with flowers. The top of the rim repeats the pattern on the body with four yellow panels separated by four floral panels. The area between the rim and the body has a reddish-brown glaze. The interior has a blue green background glaze with three red carp painted on the sides and three painted on the bottom. The bowl has a diameter of 12.5” and 9.5” high.
