Smaller, Lighter and/or Non-Fragile Items ONLY:
Shipping is Paid by the Buyer.
Shipping invoices will be automatically billed to and deducted from the buyer's credit card on file. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for delivery once shipping invoice is paid.
Shipped by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Service. If the items fit into a USPS Flat Rate Box, you may request shipping. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SHIP THRU AUCTION NINJA. The cost via this method is the Auction Ninja Postage Label Cost plus a $5 S&H fee and any applicable sales tax. We will combine shipping where possible.
All items are automatically insured by USPS for up to $100. On items valued at over $300, we will add extra insurance and/or other postal services, to protect high value shipments, and bill it to you.
Shipping on small items is done in-house by Retro Robin LLC.
UPS Store
Larger, Heavier and/or Fragile Items:
We can ship via UPS. The buyer is responsible for contacting UPS directly by phone or email, to get an estimated packing and shipping quote and to fill out their credit card form, to directly pay UPS for the packing and shipping of items won. You are advised to contact UPS prior to bidding on lots, as we will not refund buyers because the UPS rates are higher than anticipated after the auction closes.
We will deliver items to UPS for a separate $20.00 drop off fee per order, billed to your credit card. Our responsibility for the item, ends when the items are drop offed at UPS.
You may also make your own arrangements with an outside shipping or transport company.
