We charge 1 shipping charge per auction invoice for all items you win in the auction. The shipping charge is the actual cost of postage and ...view moreinsurance, plus $4 for materials and handling. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the auction for your invoice, and a second time 3-5 days later for your shipping charge.
We need your email (AucNinja doesn't share it with us) if you would like tracking information. If we don't receive your email address within TWO days of auction close, you will not receive tracking information. We do not have the resources to respond to individual emails asking for shipping updates. Please refer to your invoice email for more information on the expected time frame.
We can combine invoices from auctions that end close together into one shipment but must receive an email at the close of the first auction, so we know to hold your items. This is not required for auctions that end consecutively (Ex- Auctions ending Mon, Tues, Wed). These auctions will be shipped together, after the last auction closes.

PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice totaling more than $250.00 will require verification by sending a copy of your driver's license to us at retroroadshowauctions@gmail.com. This is only required for the first purchase over $250.00.

IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT, you must have your form on file through the Auction Ninja website. Auction Ninja does not allow tax exemption without that process being complete.

In the case where shipping charges are not paid, your items will be forfeited after 28 days. It will be your obligation to contact us in email to arrange shipment.

Although the auction company makes every attempt to ensure that all items are authentic and that all photographs and descriptions are accurate and error free, no sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in the description or photo provided. If the item is described as silver or gold, the item is either marked as such, acid tested, electronically tested, or XRF tested. We cannot guarantee stone origination- lab created, enhanced or otherwise.
